My Inner Child

by Rhona Sabatchi

From across the room he caught my eye, captured my soul and felt his essence. From across the room he spoke, spoke to my heart and declared his presence. His soothing voice rocked my inner child til it awakened to the sound of infatuation and inspiration. Inspiration to do better, act better, and be better. Better for you. Still as a statue I remain starstruck. The music cradled baby to sleep, danced in her dreams, and flowed with the river. There my inner child lay fast asleep, cushioned with the pillows of love.

Anyway, I painted my nails for the first time in a really, really long time. They're hot pink (a free bottle when you spend $50 or more from Forever 21, I don't think this promotion is going on anymore though), with blue. Not my best, but I feel rusty when it comes to painting, haha. No pictures tho d:

To add details from the last entry:
I'm still somewhat tired from the beach camp out, but it was well worth it. The drive to Camp Pendleton was super uncomfortable, and my back was seriously hurting when we finally got down. The sand was soft, and it got really cold quickly. Heather and I cut tomatoes in the dark >:D Setting up camp was a trip because it started to get dark, too. Sleeping on the ground hella made my back hurt too :( But sitting and singing around the bonfire, having tagtime, and just hanging out on the beach in general was hella fun. Sad to say I'm back home now. I have to say, I think Sunday was the best day of all. After putting everything away and just kicking back and chilling, it was really interesting. Numbing my feet in the water, stepping into the dry sand to warm them up, running for the volleyball before it hit the water, and downtime in the truck. Oh, and I can't forget about the interesting times at Denny's! Haha.

And lastly, the pictures from Crystal Cathedral and Kite Day:
