25 Things, tagged by Thessa!

Rules: Once you’ve been tagged, you are supposed to write a note with 25 random things, facts, habits, or goals about you. At the end, choose 25 people to be tagged. You have to tag the person who tagged you. If I tagged you, it’s because I want to know more about you.

1. I'm an insomniac.. but I'm not as hardcore as I used to be. I'm online til about 1-3am in the morning. It used to be where I'd stay up and pull all nighters then crash at 6am-7am haha. School doesn't allow me too pull them for leisure anymore.

2. I'm super emotional. Canada could agree with me. I'm either super upbeat and witty, or I'm depressed and totally down.. oh, and when it comes to these emotions, I tend to blog about them ASAP when I get the chance :)

3. When I was younger, my parents would always show me Disney movies. Just like every other girl, I would pretend to be the princesses of each movie. Especially Mulan! Haha. Which is the movie I'm watching right now xD I can't believe I remember all of these lyrics!

4. When it comes to history, I tend to only retain east Asian history, like about Japan, China, Korea, etc. I don't know why, but I think it's because I only seem interested in Asian facts versus India, Africa, Europe, North America, etc.

5. I started going to a church half a year ago which I have quickly grown to love. I growing so spiritually strong, so quick, and I feel so blessed to be apart of this church family.

6. I look like my dad. When it comes to our father-daughter relationship, it's kind of love-hate in a sense, but more of love. Even though sometimes he makes me wanna shoot myself in the head, haha.

7. I don't have many huge goals. I try to live realistically. But when I do, my aspirations are BIG, and I do plan on reaching them.

8. I know for a fact that I'm college bound. I want to go to UCLA because I'm a city girl, and I don't wanna stay in San Diego. I really want to go to PUC or Berkley in the North, but my parents want me to stay here in San Diego to go to SDSU. Although SDSU has a great nursing program, staying in SD isn't something that I want to do. So I think UCLA is a good compromise.

9. It's hard for me to go to parties with friends who aren't SDA because usually I can't eat anything there but the desserts. Then again, I don't usually go to parties to begin with.

10. I haven't really met anyone from ISS/FSF. At least no one I'm "close" with like Thessa, or anyone from insomnia. BUT! I mightt meet some of the LA insomniacs next next week. Possibly even this weekend! :D I've also never been to a summit or dxc before. Not yet at least.

11. I love to write. I love to write what's on my mind. I'm starting to get into spoken word, def poetry jam, kinda stuff.

12. I don't drive yet. And now that I can actually get my permit, I feel so restricted because of the fact that my parents aren't allowing me to get my license until I'm legal. I hope Risa teaches me how to drive so I can just go joyriding.

13. Although SDSCPA is a great arts school, I really feel like the talent is limited. This makes me secretly (or no so secret anymore) hope that California state budget does take away buses so I can a reason to drive around and no take the bus to school, even if I have to go to Morse High School or even Lincoln High School.

14. I think my sneaker "prime" will be when I'm at least a senior in high school. I suppose I'll be carrying the interest until I'm out of college.

15. I really miss my long hair. When it was a foot and a few inches long. Ever since I started cutting it freshman summer, I've hella been trying to grow it back out.. I think it's my shampoo/conditioner that dries it out so freakin' quickly. Ugh.

16. I want a tattoo when I'm older. Despite the fact that it's against my religion, I still really want one. If I were truly ambitious, I've always had the idea of getting a cherry blossom vine on my inner forearm. If anything though, I want something discrete like behind my ear, on my side, or on my ankle.

17. I'm feeling really impulsive right now. Like I just wanna buy a ton of stuff. I wish I could, but I have no job, let alone income. My parents don't support my interest in sneakers, let alone my hobbie in photography even though I do take a class in photography at school.

18. I try to put my guard up when it comes to meeting new people; but if we click, and I get good vibes, I can trust you with the quickness.

19. I've been to every single Kaibigang Pilipino HSC at UCSD since I was in the eighth grade. I love high school conference, but I'm starting to get tired of them because of the fact that people get so worked up about area codes, and then hypebeasts and all that jazz. But it's still fun seeing/meeting cute guys and chicks that dress their best to impress twice a year on a Saturday LOL.

20. I go to high school dances and have fun, but I don't think I'm that good of a dancer.. D; Someone teach me new moves or something. Hahah!

21. I don't have myspace, but I do have facebook. Sometimes I miss myspace because a lot of friends at church have myspace, but then I don't. I remember being online myspace for hours at a time trying to perfect a layout that I'd end up getting tired of after a couple of days. Plus, I would get annoyed of myspace whores who post up 50+ different poses of the same thing? T__T Yea.

22. I love to paint my nails. Like, I freakin' love it. I love being known at school for the chick that has crazy nails every week. I really want to improve my detailing though, and I plan on fueling my nail polish collection and buying one of those Konad things. I know that it's like an easy way out, but I saw this picture of this chick with houndstooth on her nails, and I've been wanting to do houndstooth forever!

23. I need a new cell phone. ASAP. The cell phone I have now is a beat up pink slvr that has a missing middle button. It's not as bad as it could be, but I can't wait until the summer when I can get an upgrade. I really want a phone with a qwerty keyboard.

24. If I ever give up collecting sneakers, I feel like I'll end up collecting heels in replacement. :D So far I'm able to walk in 3in to maybe 4in heels.

25. I'm not necessarily boy crazy, but I love boys. They're the best, sometimes. I find that usually I'm not very serious and that I don't like to settle and have fun. But when it comes to someone exceptional that I see a true, potential future with, then I get so attached and dependent. That's what I'm going through now. And it hurts.
