Monday, I made this gorgeous, fat ass turkey burger. NOMZ.
| I also made a salad on the side but the burger was so filling that my siblings and I didn't even touch the salad, haha! |
Later in the afternoon, my dad swooped my sister and I up and we jetted over to Heavenly Cupcakes in Downtown San Diego.

The cupcakes I would absolutely not buy ever again because they were so incredibly horrid: red velvet, the orange chip, the chocolate vanilla, the chocolate, and the chocolate chip.
The cupcakes I would buy if I didn't have means to go to Sprinkles: vanilla, vanilla caramel. This probably has to do with the fact that vanilla is my favorite kind of cupcake...lol. So if I needed a vanilla cupcake fix but couldn't go to Sprinkles in La Jolla, then I'd go to Heavenly Cupcakes. Definitely not worth the $3 though.
The cupcakes I would buy without a doubt!: chocolate coconut, banana peanut butter, and the pumpkin! I love the chocolate coconut probably because it's such a great combination.
Overall, would I go to Heavenly Cupcakes again? Probably not. With $3 a cupcake, $30 a dozen (with a coupon that they hand out on Fifth Avenue), the cupcakes were definitely not worth buying overall. Maybe if I bought the flavors that actually do work for me, like the pumpkin and chocolate coconut, I would. But it'd be a big step... All in all, I'd rather drive 25 miles to Sprinkles in La Jolla.
