I'm so glad junior year is coming to an end. AP testing is over. I've finished two of my finals. However, I've taken the SAT's only ONCE omfg. And I am definitely not happy about my scores. Although the year is coming to an end, the fact is that it's one of the busiest times of the school year. Finals, SATs, PAPIA Banquet (*it's this Sunday! Ask me for more information!), graduations, graduation parties, articulation, more thinking about college, and all that good stuff. Sadly, I kind of regret not running for Senior Class Vice President, but congrats to Kevin Belisario for winning the position.
I'm excited but at the same time stressed and overwhelmed about the school year ending and in a few months, that school will start again to only be compressed in a few months with college applications and applying for the FAFSA and fjsdfjdskl. I guess I gotta pull through. My future is constantly on my mind, and although every year, each graduating senior says it's really not that hard, I'm stressin. I guess I just gotta wait until June 21, 2011 to find out.
Last weekend was packed, and so will this one. On Friday, I got a boxer puppy :] my dad originally wanted to name him Booger -_- but we settled for Max. I think it suits him well. He was born on Easter Sunday and is going on 8 weeks this weekend! On Friday and Saturday were the SDA youth rally. It was fun, but cold at Balboa for the outreach. Shout out to Kenneth Geniza! We make a dope team passing out bottles of water! Working out to the "pure cardio" dvd for the Insanity program was freakin' crazy that night. But I pulled through as much as a could. Sunday, my mom had guests and my family helped prepare. Later, Kayla and I went to Francis' farewell party super late, but had fun for the time we were there.
Time is going by super fast, but I promise I'll be blogging a ton more this summer :] I'm looking forward to the beach, more Insanity workouts, Los Angeles/North Hills/San Francisco<3 trips, and taking pictures.
Oh, and happy belated Mother's Day! For Mother's Day, my family and I had brunch at Humphrey's By the Bay. The food was freakin' delish! Especially the Belgium waffles. NOMZ. Haha.
Enjoy! :]

Oh god, you're telling me. I'm from India, a junior and I'm applying to schools in the States for fashion marketing. I need BIG TIME aid which most schools don't offer to international students. AND I have to start studying for my SATs (summer's over here in another week and junior year begins) and I have to ace them bc hardly any colleges give need based aid to int. students and even if they do, it's barely anything. AND to add to my impending misery, I suck balls at math. So, yes, we're all going to die.
ReplyDeleteI feel for you:)
