a hundred good days: Reeeecap

So I've been hella caught up with school and shid. So far, all I have to show for it are A's and B's, mostly A's, but it doesn't matter until I'm all caught up. It's barely the end of the first grading period, and I'm barely keeping my head above the surface, but, I got a little "break" this weekend to "celebrate" my sweet sixteen.

It wasn't as great as I wanted it to be and the stress of homework and academic success left me quite distracted. It's the lack of instant gratification I suppose.

Basically, this is how Friday-Sunday went.
October 23, 2009
- went to school
- went home after school
- took a nap
- went downtown to Urban Outfitters and bought a kimchi blue dress.
- went home to change and grub a bit
- went to church for Pathfinder Induction
- stayed afterward for Paster Matt's afterglow testimony
- went home and ko'd

October 24, 2009
- woke up semi-early to do my hair
- went to Sabbath school somewhat late and stood in the back because of all the SDA kids x__x
- watched the choir sing
- escaped the sermon and retreated to children's church and ate fried tofu before potluck started >:]
- at the end of potluck, my mom brought cake and had everyone sing the birthday song for a 4x fail
- stayed after for youth choir
- went home to chill
- for dinner, went to Iron Wok in San Ysidro. it wasn't bad, it's just that I prefer authentic Asian v. a "chill" restaurant with a dope atmosphere. plus, we were right next to the border, fml
- stopped by Target for a mini shopping spree since everything was closed after dinner -__-"
- went home, took a shower, and ko'd

October 25, 2009
- got up
- watched the most recent episode of Ugly Betty!
- got ready
- went to PV church for Harvest Festival
- ate waaay too much food
- Cammy and Aron put me in jail T__T
- got to see all the SDA kids again :]
- went home
- took a two hour nap
- did my nails
- procrastinated.
